After months and months of rumors, Adobe has finally confirmed that that it is developing Flash for Apple's iPhone.

"We've evaluated the SDK we can now start to develop the Flash Player ourselves. And, we think it benefits our joint customers so we want to work with Apple to bring that capability to the device."

Depending on how the robot is decked out, it can either be a killer robot of doom or WALL-E, the trashbot.

Ruby on Rails 2.1, a planned upgrade to the popular open-source Web framework, could be released as soon as this weekend. Framework to get caching, time zone accommodations, and its founder will advocate that users not overwork themselves.
